Story
Our passion for video games has driven us through over a decade to two decades of industry experience. We've partnered with a wide range of clients from indie studios to industry giants gaining deep insights into the challenges teams face across the gaming landscape.
Alongside service-side work, we've also spent significant time on product side, collaborating directly with developers and production teams, both in-house and as publishers. This hands-on experience honed our ability to solve complex challenges and contribute to the success of numerous projects.
Over time, we recognized recurring challenges like managing tight production schedules, rising costs, and improving team collaboration, all of which affect game quality and player appeal.
This led to the creation of Okimi Studios, a company dedicated to solving these obstacles and enhancing game development.
Our founding team combines expertise across development, art, QA, production, and operations management, enabling us to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.
